|14-08-2019 am| Resting Sperm whales and Atlantic Spotted dolphins jumping

In this morning expedition we saw a group of 11-12 Sperm whales (Physeter macrocephalus) divided in two subgroups. The whales were together as they were resting.

Luckily, a pod of Atlantic Spotted dolphins (Stenella frontalis) was close enough for us to go towards them and enjoy their amazing jumps.

Enjoy the pictures that our biologist Maria took during the activity. Thank you for joining us and our research!
