Criado pela Naturalist - Ciência e Turismo no âmbito dos trabalhos de Reflorestação iniciados em 2015, desenvolvidos sobre os cones vulcânicos do Observatório do Príncipe Alberto e antiga Rádio Naval, hoje Escola de Mar dos Açores,
Hoje conta com o apoio da Escola de Mar dos Açores, Frederico Rodrigues, Cláudio Nunes e dá seguimento ao corredor ecológico que se inicia na àrea protegida do Monte da Guia e Monte Queimado.
Localizado entre o mar e a floresta, este percurso ecológico pretende recuperar habitats nativos e criar um espaço de educação ambiental, bem-estar e ligação à natureza.

Explore the nature of the Azores while enjoying the most incredible views over the city of Horta.
Still in its experimental phase, this trail is already open for visitors. Official opening coming soon.
Created by Naturalist – Science & Tourism as part of the Reforestation program running since 2015 covering three hectares of volcanic cones around the Prince Albert Observatory and the former Naval Radio Station, now home to the Azores Sea School,
Today it benefits from the authorization of use by the Azores Sea School, Frederico Rodrigues, and Cláudio Nunes, continuing the ecological corridor that begins in the protected area of Monte da Guia and Monte Queimado.
Located between the sea and the forest, this ecological trail aims to restore native habitats and create a space for environmental education, well-being, and connection with nature.
