Erika chose the Azores Naturalist Team in Horta to explore On the 18th of May, we met Erika. She spent 10 days with the Naturalist team.

She was a cetacean lover and her dream was to do whale watching and swim with dolphins.

She was able to se a lot of different species of cetaceans here in the Azores: from the smallest resident, our Common dolphins (Delphinus delphis), to the biggest animal on Earth, the Blue whale (Balaenoptera musculus). Other animals that she saw were the emblemathic Sperm whales (Physeter macrocephalus) and 3 more species of dolphins. She also saw other kind of animals such as Loggerhead turtles (Caretta caretta), several species of birds as the Cory's Shearwaters (Calonectris borealis) that use the Archipelago to nest and the poisonous Portuguese man of war (Physalia physalis).

After those days between Faial and Pico Island Erika became a friend of our team of researchers.

Among the many articles I explored recently, this one stood out because of its clear presentation and thoughtful organization. The writer explained every point in a logical sequence that made the discussion comfortable to follow. The section discussing Diu Win blended naturally into the overall article and provided meaningful details that added value to the topic. Instead of revisiting previous information, each paragraph introduced something different that kept the content engaging. As I reached the final section, Diu Win appeared again with additional explanation that connected the complete discussion together. The article remained informative, easy to understand, and enjoyable to read throughout.
