|28082020| Huge pod of common dolphins

Another day with a flat sea!

Early morning and our spotter already had a position for a group of sperm whales, so we went straight to find them.

We saw two different sperm whales and we believe one of them was pregnant!

The sperm whales have only one baby at a time and the gestation period can last between 13 to 15 months.

Close to the coast, we saw a huge pod of common dolphins with a lot of tiny babies, maybe with just a few weeks old!

At one point we had common dolphins on our right, left and back! The group had more than 200 animals!

Thank you to everyone that joined us! Enjoy and share the photos from our expeditions.

See you soon!
