Great expedition today! Thanks to you, we managed to collect data for our monitoring programs, including sei whales (Balaenoptera borealis), common dolphins (Delphinus delphis) and bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus).
This morning the weather was perfect!
Our first sighting was a group of common dolphins, very friendly and they spent most of the time swimming under our bow!
We also saw two beautiful sei whales, traveling west. Between the dolphins and the whale, we got lucky and spot a loggerhead turtle (Caretta caretta).
We finish the morning by seeing a group of bottlenose dolphins. They were socializing a lot with each other and were also enjoying riding the waves of the boats.

Grande expedição hoje! Graças a vós conseguimos recolher dados para os nossos programas de monitorização ambiental, incluindo baleia sardinheira (Balaenoptera borealis), golfinhos comuns (Delphinus delphis) e golfinhos roazes (Tursiops truncatus).
Esta manhã, as condições de mar estavam perfeitas!
O nosso primeiro avistamento foi um grupo de golfinhos comuns, muito amigáveis e passaram a maior parte do tempo a nadar debaixo da nossa proa!
Também vimos duas baleias sardinheiras, em trânsito com direção a oeste. Entre os golfinhos e a baleia, tivemos sorte e avistámos uma tartaruga comum (Caretta caretta).
Terminámos a manhã a observar um grupo de golfinhos roazes. Eles estavam a socializar bastante entre si e a nadar nas ondas dos barcos.
